Return Policy

• If a product you purchase from us arrives defective, it maybe returned to us for a full refund or immediate replacement.
• All returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
• Customers must email to scotty@scottypeeler.com for obtaining a return authorization number and where to ship returns to. We will respond within 48 hours.
• The customer is responsible for all freight related charges for returned products.
• Items must be in original packaging, with a copy of packing slip / invoice from Scotty Peeler Incorporated. The return authorization must be written on the invoice / packing slip.
• Scotty Peeler Incorporated has the option to replace or refund the customer's purchase.
• Please allow 7 to 10 days after product has been received for the return to be processed accordingly.
